On a high note, the staff were really friendly and helpful, made a difference.

The breakfast is served in a unique restaurant setting.
My experience was marred by the inattentive service. I had to wait an unbearable 25 minutes for someone to take our drink orders, completely unacceptable. The food was also delayed, and asking multiple times for basic items like water made it worse. This lack of organization put a damper on what should have been an enjoyable stay.

I thought it was very good value. I also thought that for a 3 star hotel it was at the upper end. I've no complaints and would recommend it to friends. The price of the pint @ €3.80 should be advertised!!! However, I would suggest that you hire a new photographer for your website photos. The current group do not, in my view, give a fair reflection of the building internally or externally. The hall/reception area is quite attractive and should be capitalised on. Likewise the front external.

I was so looking forward to my stay, but the overcooked fish served without any colour was a disappointing letdown. Plus, it was baffling that no one thought to upgrade my room despite the many inconveniences. Almost a wonderful experience, but, alas, i just couldn't let those flaws slide.

Stunning, gorgeous room with the bar as well as a large bathroom, and marvellous location. The breakfasts at 6.00am. Location so close to Derry and Letterkenny, the many tourist attractions and An Grianan Ailigh fort:)))

Due to the unseasonal cold weather I felt to have an extra blanket in the room would be better. Also at approx 6:30pm and again at 11:30pm there was a noise like the large bottle bins being wheeled across the floor. Although I was on the first floor the sound did seem to come from above and kept me awake (particularly at 11:30pm) Some basic TV Channels (TV 3 being one) was not tuned in. Having left the hotel I got a call on my way home stating I had not settled my account. I told the receptionist that I had booked through Booked.net and wish to confirm with my credit card once I arrived home. I told her that I would call her in a few hours once I got home and confirmed things. She told me she couldn't wait that long and was not very understanding.

Had a lovely time enjoying the comfy double room and the cozy vibe at the bar, where the food was really tasty. The sun terrace was a perfect spot to unwind with a drink, and the gardens offered a beautiful view to relax in. Just wished for a bit more variety at breakfast, but overall, it was a memorable stay! 😊
